Founded by a family with deep roots in organic living and holistic care, our mission is to empower members to reclaim their vitality and make confident, informed health choices—free from industry noise and commercial bias.
We simplify the wellness journey by offering carefully curated products, personal consultations, and meaningful educational content—designed to support health sovereignty and reconnect members with nature’s original blueprint for well-being.
Meet The Founders
Guided by the values of integrity, simplicity, generational wellness, and health sovereignty.
We are Warren and Rebecca, partners in life with our little wildling daughter. We stepped foot in the wellness space in 2012 with the inception of My Goodness Organics - we were the pioneers of the organic, ready-made meal delivery market, based in Melbourne.
Born from our own health challenges and subsequent recovery by focusing on deep nutrition and the removal of inflammation causing compounds, we were inspired to make this accessible to the community. We served thousands of meals to thousands of customers spanning more than a decade, helping people understand how good their body can feel if it is provided with the right foundation.
Needing a lifestyle change upon the arrival of our daughter, we closed the doors on My Goodness Organics and My Goodness Essentials was born.
In our years of providing well being solutions to our community, we have built up a vast network of allied health professionals, practitioners and educators that we wish to connect our members with to further expand their confidence in making healthy choices for their family.
We envision a members only education hub connecting individuals to the services and solutions they need whilst providing carefully curated products and a suite of expanded offerings tailored towards empowered family health.
